St. Paul’s Regional Institute of Spirituality is the regional seminary for the six dioceses of Odisha. It also accepts the seminarians from the neighbouring states of Jharkhand and Chhatisgarh. The seminary offers a year of discernment and spiritual growth programme to the young seminarians, who come here after completing their higher secondary education and 2/3 years of minor seminary. The seminarians are also helped by the staff to discern their vocation through classes, spiritual direction, prayers, individual feedback etc. so that their commitment may be serious and mature in following the Lord. – Fr.
